Arm Knit Thursday

That’s a thing, right?

Today I’m going to work on turning this newly acquired stash of Boutique Dash yarn into arm knit cowls. Arm knitting has been pretty popular as of late because it’s easy to learn and quick to come together. There are TONS of tutorials on YouTube or Pinterest if you’re up for learning for yourself, if not these puppies should be listed in my Etsy shop in March. I really love a super bulky yarn like this one arm-knitted up, it just looks like a chunky knit but you didn’t have to fumble with those gigantic wood blocks, they call needles, to get it done. Have you tried arm knitting? Is it a love-it or leave-it for you?

This is the pile I was telling you about. =O

This pile isn’t going to knit itself! Time to get to work. I’d love to hear about any projects you have going on right now, leave me a comment below. =D

  1. That looks so much fun! I’ve always wanted to try that style of chunky yarn, but I wouldn’t know what to make with it. (There is such a thing as too many scarves!) I’ve never tried arm knitting either, but maybe one day! 🙂

    1. You totally should, Hannah! This style of yarn is actually on sale at redheart.com because it has been discontinued. You could definitely make them for friends or family as a quick affordable gift if you have too many scarves for yourself 😉 thanks for stopping by and commenting!
